Organisational Culture and Change: Marianne is driven by a desire to promote social equality in the world, and ethics in business, and is passionate about assisting organisations to embrace their most evolved state. Marianne uses a psychological management approach, encouraging organisations to understand, and capitalise on, the emotional dimensions of managing staff and change. From this perspective, organisational development is an extension of the personal development of those within it. Originally Marianne trained as a management consultant in leading public-sector consulting firms in the UK such as Capita Consulting and Tribal Consulting where she worked on large organisational development programmes, she has also worked with smaller organisations to build their capacity and identify their purpose. She designed and led the first safeguarding auditing programme within international aid for the (then DFID, now) FCDO. Marianne has an MSc in Non-Government Organisation Management from Bayes Business School which focused on improving the management, governance, and capacity of humanitarian organisations.
Leadership and Strategy: Marianne is an entrepreneur and leadership specialist. She is on a mission to challenge the dominant paradigms of business helping a new generation of leaders to re-create the world. She founded and led her own boutique consultancy firm Justice Studio Ltd when she was 29 and ran it from 2011 to 2024, being named as one of the most inspiring female entrepreneurs in 2022 by Small Business Britain. Today she educates leaders across the public, private and not for profit sector assisting them to recognise and tackle organisational fear, and equipping them to create more trusting and healthy environments.
