Marianne is an entrepreneur, and a business and leadership specialist. She is on a mission to challenge the dominant paradigms of business and leadership helping a new generation of leaders to re-create the world.
Highlights
Marianne set up her first company Justice Studio when she was 29. Over ten years, she grew it from a one woman band into a thriving consultancy business with no outside investment.
She was named as one of the most inspiring female entrepreneurs in 2022 by Small Business Britain.
Marianne began her career as a management consultant, training in leading public-sector consulting firms Capita Consulting, and Tribal Consulting where she worked on large organisational development programmes focused on human resource management.
She has worked with a number of small and medium sized organisations to help build their capacity.
Marianne has appeared on the podcasts The New P&L - Principles and Leadership in Business podcast series, Make an Impact and the Human CEO.
She holds a postgraduate degree in International Non-Government Organisation Management from, then Cass, now Bayes Business School focused on management, governance, capacity building, and managing change in governments and NGOs.
She has a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors

Justice Studio
Marianne founded Justice Studio in 2011 when she was 29 years old. She was passionate about social justice and saw the need for empathetic consultancy in the sector. Frustrated by the alternatives, she wanted to try and do it differently. She wanted to see if she could create a consultancy driven by compassion but which was still effective and provided a quality service to charities, and governments over the world.
